voi notifies you about activity relevant to your studies and your workspace, so you don’t need to check the dashboard constantly.

What voi notifies you about

  • Compliance & legal: your workspace’s Data Processing Agreement needs (re)acceptance, the sub-processor list changes, or the Terms & Conditions are amended. See Activating your study for how an unaccepted agreement blocks a launch.
  • Rights and deletion requests: a respondent has asked to access, correct, or delete their data and your workspace needs to answer by a deadline, or the outcome of your own account deletion request is ready. See Your rights & data retention.
  • Billing & credits: credits or workspace funding are approaching expiry, your annual plan is due for renewal, a delayed payment arrives or fails, someone with workspace access requests credits from your billing account, or you’re invited onto one. See Billing & subscription.
  • Study collection: a study you launched crosses its response ceiling warning threshold, or pauses because its paid capacity is used up. See Billing & subscription.
  • Invitations: you’re invited to join a workspace or another organisation’s billing account, or an invitation you sent is accepted.

Viewing your notifications

Open the notification bell in the top bar to see your recent notifications. Unread notifications are marked, so you can scan for what’s new since your last visit.

Managing what you receive

Some notifications, such as compliance reminders and rights requests, apply to every workspace owner and can’t be turned off, since they carry a legal responsibility. Others can be adjusted from your account settings.
