Plans and credits

voi is billed in credits, and every study launches at one of three tiers, Starter, Growth, or Pro, each with its own guaranteed number of respondents. You can buy credits as a one off top up or commit to an annual plan at a lower rate. See Billing & subscription for the full detail.

Signing up

Sign up directly with a work email and a password, and you create a new workspace as part of that flow.

Joining an existing workspace

If your organisation already has a workspace, a teammate can invite you by email instead. Accept the invitation from your inbox to join directly. Invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted.
